How are you guys still in business when all your competitors are heading for the hills?
We aren’t having the same issues as our competitors because we aren’t using the same plans as they were. We have unlimited AT&T 4G LTE, but our lines are actually made to be used in hotspots, they were just changing the IMEI numbers on the accounts to make it work, it was never truly a long term solution like we have.
How do I set up Recurring / Automatic Payments?
You can set up recurring payments at the top of our main screen in the sliding menu or just buy a 30 day service pack in the store.
Keep in mind, you lock in your rate by keeping your recurring payments set up.
Can I buy just one month to try it out and still have my rate locked in if I set up recurring payments by the second month?
As long as you sign up for recurring payments on your second payment. (When you sign up for it, it will take a payment then.)
What are your hours?
They vary. Usually we’re working 8AM-5PM on weekdays then we check again in the evening for a couple hours, we may step out for an hour or two throughout the day for lunch or postage. On the weekends, we only check in a couple of times of day and help where we can.
How do I log in / register an account?
No need to register or login. We keep track of all account information privately. Any information you need about your account / service, you can just ask us.
Will your service work for me?
It works great for rural customers. In larger cities it tends to slow down because of all the traffic on the cell towers. In rural areas, this isn’t a problem and you can use lots of data without any issues.
Can I bring my own hotspot?
We only allow our own routers we sell in store. They are competitively priced, we can offer a trade in potentially if you have one of these same models.
Is this service truly unlimited?
It is unlimited, but we are asking everyone to keep it under 400gb a month and 80gb a day. We’ve only had 3-4 accounts shut down due to what they call “abusive usage”. If you are shut down, we can open another account for you that same day. We will require another 30 days service payment though since it will cost us to open another account.
Is it okay if I take my life frustrations out on you guys?
No, that’s what a punching bag is for. We’re real people with real lives and real feelings, our policy is to immediately block anyone who verbally abuses or threatens our customer service representatives.
Can I bring my own sim card?
No, we only allow use of our own routers and sims on our plan.
If I threaten you with my lawyer will I get serviced more quickly?
Our own legal representation has directed us to not respond to anyone who has threatened legal action. We will refund any unused time on the service, disconnect it, and then block anyone who threatens legal action. This is to cover ourselves and company in case of litigation.
